Many Essential Oils deliver positive soothing, calming and repairing properties
when used consistently on many types of skin issues.
Essential oils can be very calming on the body’s nervous system and this
calming affect is also effective when use on the skin. Skin sensitivity varies from
person to person so diluting essential oils when used directly on the skin is
always recommended.

OILS  LAVENDER, ROMAN CHAMOMILE, FRANKINCENSE,
CEDARWOOD, TEA TREE, GERANIUM, SANDALWOOD,
PEPPERMINT

 

As a general rule, when in doubt on what to apply use Lavender or Roman
Chamomiles both are very calming.
For many skin issues, applying to the feet morning and night can be effective if
it is not possible to apply directly to the area of concern. In addition reduce the
intake of allergen type foods such as dairy, sugar wheat etc.
