How to Use Your Solex AO Light Back

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Prepare the area

  • Make sure the skin on your back (or targeted area) is clean and dry.

2. Position the wrap

  • Place the AO Light Back pad flat against your lower back, mid-back, abdomen, or legs. Secure it with the adjustable strap for a snug, comfortable fit.

3. Connect & power on

  • Attach the control unit, then turn on the device.

4. Select your settings

  • Choose your desired light mode (Red, Blue, Green, Infrared, or full spectrum), brightness, and session time.
