EASY LAVENDER NECK RUB

INGREDIENTS • 3 DROPS LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL
• 1 TEASPOON FRACTIONATED COCONUT OIL
HOW-TO Blend the lavender oil and coconut oil in the palm and
rub onto your neck for natural anxiety relief and to
help relax. Tis is perfect for anytime or just before bed.

• 2 DROPS CEDARWOOD ESSENTIAL OIL
• 2 DROPS VETIVER ESSENTIAL OIL
• 1 TEASPOON FRACTIONATED COCONUT OIL
HOW-TO Blend the essential oils lavender oil and coconut oil in
the palm and rub onto your neck for area and base of the
skull just prior to bed. Difuse in a difuser overnight.
